Fengyan (Chinese: 逢岩 Féngyán) is an open-world NPC in Liyue Harbor. He can be found at the stairway to the Yujing Terrace.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player a 3★ Instructor's Brooch artifact piece.

Profile
Fengyan is a member of the Millelith and is the older brother of another Millelith soldier, Youxu.
He became a Sergeant due to his prowess at unarmed combat, and now teaches martial arts to other Millelith soldiers. He patrols the area around Yiyan Temple on the higher parts of Liyue Harbor to make sure that the Rite of Descension is safe and properly done.
