Highly Elastic Fish Meat is an optional Quest Item obtainable during the Event Story Quest Homeward, He Who Caught the Wind in Homeward, He Who Caught the Wind: Prologue? Act I.
A maximum of three can be obtained by picking up the Black-Back Basses in the special Story Mode. This item serves no functional purpose apart from causing Paimon to comment on its weird properties, and all copies are removed from the inventory upon completing the quest.
