Ibni-Belum was a Dragon pioneer known as the First Moongazer who led dragon researchers to the Frost Moon.[1]

Story
Ibni-Belum created the lunar vessel which led the dragon researchers to the moon. In his travels on the moon, he received a message from deep space that he believes was from Nibelung as he was journeying into The sea of Stars. The researchers could not enter deep space and was unable to verify the origins of the mysterious message. Thus The Eye of Ibni-Belum was built to one day decipher future messages from Nibelung.
