Ilyin (Russian: Ильин Il'in) is a quest-exclusive NPC that appears in the World Quest Where the Dandelions Find Rest in Series The Very Special Fortune Slip. Although he has the appearance of a Fatui Skirmisher - Pyroslinger Bracer, he turns into the appearance of a Fatui Pyro Agent when fighting.

- Ilyin's name may be inspired by Nikolai Ilyin (Russian: Николай Ильин Nikolay Il'in), was one of the top Soviet snipers of World War II.
