Food-Obsessed Phantom, real name Jaakob, is an open-world NPC located at the Final Night Cemetery, Paha Isle, Nod-Krai. He appears in the open-world 1 daily reset after completing the World Quest The Chef's Tale.

Jaakob was a Ratnik of the Lightkeepers and the cook on the island of the Final Night Cemetery.^[1][2]

He fell in the fight against the Wild Hunt several decades prior to the game's events.^[3]

Appearance

Jaakob was a pale man with a medium build and medium-long dark hair. He wore one of the standard uniforms of the Lightkeepers. It consists of a black long coat, black trousers, gray knee-high boots and a black glove on the right hand, while the left hand is bandaged. The uniform is adorned with silver ornaments and features accents of dark purple fabric.

Additionally, he wears a white chef's hat, which is fitting for his occupation.
