Kaiyang

Last updated 2025-12-24

The current unnamed Lord Kaiyang is one of the seven current members of the Liyue Qixing, governing Liyue alongside the Yuheng Keqing, the Tianquan Ningguang,[1] the Tianshu Uncle Tian,[2] and three others.[3]

Profile

The Kaiyang has worked alongside Ningguang, commenting that she, who knows all the secrets in Liyue, is the biggest secret in all of Liyue.[4] The Kaiyang proposed a collaborative Wargame of Five Armies between Liyue and its four neighboring nations to Ningguang, resulting in a joint venture between the Millelith, Knights of Favonius, Yashiro Commission, Corps of Thirty, and Gardes.[1] Later, when the Yuheng investigated a Ley Line disturbance at Sal Terrae with the Millelith, she reached out to the Kaiyang to discuss manpower, with the goal of getting Liyue's troops on rotation as soon as possible.[5] While the Traveler investigated the domain at the site of the Ley Line disturbance, the Kaiyang sent back a response from Yujing Terrace alongside the Tianquan. Both Qixing members agreed to establish a long-term partnership with the Traveler in the hopes of addressing the Ley Line disturbance.[6]
