Khedive Pursina is an open-world NPC located in The Chasm, Liyue. He is a member of the Amurta in Sumeru Akademiya.
As part of a collaborative agreement with the Liyue Qixing, he agreed to fund the Chasm Exploration Team and research the ecological changes The Chasm is undergoing.
Location
Khedive is originally located on the surface near the easternmost waypoint of The Chasm. During the World Quest Chasm Spelunkers in Series The Chasm Delvers, he moves into to the Chasm Exploration Team Camp.

- Khedive: Additionally, the exploration team has been signed under my name, and I am to pay for the salaries of all the camp's miners out of pocket... So if we don't get results, it'll be quite the loss for me.

Dialogue Set #4: I got this dialogue after purifying the large crystal and before talking to Zhiqiong back at the second campsite. I completed all the investigation quests at this point. Judging by the content the dialogue seems fit before entering the Chasm underground mines. It's probably this is bugged. Bug the dialogue wasn't mentioned anywhere. So having it noted here before figuring out the intended condition.
