Midorikawa Shirou is presumably the leader of the newly formed Midorikawa Gang,[1] and has identical Wanted posters on the Hanamizaka Bulletin Board, Inazuma Commercial Street Bulletin Board, Ritou Bulletin Board, and Ritou Harbor Bulletin Board. His crimes are listed as: "Absconding, riotous assembly, piracy, robbing officials, ambushing samurai, holding family members as hostages in an attempt to rebel against the Shogunate."[2]
During the Bounty involving the Midorikawa Gang, its leader is a Kairagi: Fiery Might; it is unconfirmed whether the Kairagi is Midorikawa Shirou himself or one of his subordinates.

The newly emerged Midorikawa Gang seems to be quite rampant lately. A peer and friend of mine who is now a general in the field said he fought the Midorikawa Gang earlier while he was relaxing and studying by the seaside near Byakko Plain close to the Chinju Forest.
