Inazuma City (Japanese: 稲妻城 Inazuma-jou) is a subarea and a main city located in Narukami Island, Inazuma.
Rising high atop the cliffs at the southern tip of Narukami Island, it was built during the Archon War[1] and is the seat of power of the Shogunate and the Raiden Shogun.
The city is renowned for its low crime rate and great many family businesses, and is considered to be the most lively and prosperous area in the nation. Most of Inazuma's population lives here, and as their numbers continue to grow the city tends to expand outward.[2]

Tenshukaku is where the Raiden Shogun resides. Tenshukaku was built during the Archon War and is one of the three parts that make up Inazuma City, the other two being Hanamizaka and Tenryou. The Tenryou Commission Headquarters are also located inside Tenshukaku. The interior of the Shogun's residence is a quest-exclusive Instance only accessible during The Lonesome Euthymia in Raiden Shogun's Story Quest, Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act I - Reflections of Mortality. It is entered through the same doors used to enter Narukami Island: Tenshukaku. |
