• Ognjen (Serbian: Огњен) is a South Slavic given name common in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, other variaton is Ognyan/Ognian (Bulgarian: Огнян) which is common in Bulgaria. It is derived from the word oganj/ogun (огњ/огън), meaning "fire"
