The unnamed Punk is a quest-exclusive NPC who appears in the Event Story Quest A Commission From the Curatorium of Secrets in Where Waves Meet the Reef: Part I - A Commission From the Curatorium of Secrets.
Profile
The Punk originally managed to acquire a stall for Nasha Town's annual trade expo, but after missing a deadline, had the spot forfeited. He arrived at the expo to discover that his spot had been taken by Raya, Neb and Ati, becoming furious when he discovered that they were selling toys and their supposed ties to the Voynich Guild, which was in part due to their guardian, Ashvapati. He tried to bully the three kids but was told off by Jahoda, who was overseeing the event. He left, but not before warning them that he'd be back.
True to his word, the punk returned later on and tried bullying the trio once again, but was then socked in the face by an Amazing 'Bot, which gathered with eight other robots to form a larger bot. Jahoda, Aino and Ineffa arrived to confront him over his actions. The punk, realizing he was outmatched, quickly fled the scene.
