Summary
- From the first day of the event, a new beetle battle challenge will unlock every day. A total of five challenges will be unlocked. Take on your opponents and achieve corresponding criteria to obtain Primogems, Sanctifying Unction, Hero's Wit, and other rewards.
- There are 3 levels of difficulty in each beetle battle challenge: Friendly Spar, Focused Fight, and Utmost Might. After the challenge begins, Friendly Spar and Focused Fight difficulties will be unlocked. Utmost Might can only be unlocked after successfully challenging Focused Fight.
- Take on your opponents and achieve corresponding criteria to claim rewards in the event page. By completing challenges on a higher difficulty setting, you can directly claim rewards at lower difficulties as well.
Tutorial
You can enter "Shuyu's Baffling Beetle Battle Bowl" through a wondrous adeptal teapot, and challenge the mighty foes within alongside Bloom Pruner!
Pay attention to the relative positions of Bloom Pruner and its foe at all times! A firm grasp of distancing and the tempo of movement will allow you to dodge opposing attacks, unleash moves of your own, and claim victory!
In two-player Co-Op mode, you can invite one player in your team or matchmake with another player to challenge powerful foes together.
Pressing the Forward button will instruct Bloom Pruner to spend a small amount of Stamina to move forward half a tile.
Pressing the Back button will expend a fixed amount of Stamina to retreat 1 tile to dodge opposing attacks.

Hold the Forward Button to instruct the onikabuto to charge up, and when you stop charging, it will dash forward. A complete charge will allow it to dash forward 2 tiles.
If, on completion of a dash, the Onikabuto's end point coincides perfectly with its opponent's position and it hits them, it can perform a Piercing Strike, dealing greater DMG.

Hold the Jump button to direct the onikabuto to perform consecutive jumps and dodge ground-bound attacks.
You can also hold the Forward button in mid-air to attack opponents' higher-up weak spots, dealing greater DMG.
In difficulties other than "Utmost Might," an Aim Line will indicate the distance over which you will attack when charging up in mid-air.

A peculiar Domain that harnesses similar principles to the Serenitea Pot and has been modified by Cloud Retainer. Venture inside and you can command your old nemesis, Bloom Pruner, to take on simulated monsters that might prove too powerful for an ordinary Onikabuto to challenge...

A powerful opponent based on a Pyro Abyss Mage. It is able to launch fireballs that move along at ground-level as well as fire off vertical pillars of flame. Be sure to avoid them.
When the opponent is chanting in preparation to cast their spell, you can destroy the fireball to break their Ward. In "Utmost Might" difficulty, only Piercing Strikes can destroy fireballs.

IV - "Bouncy, Energetic Mage Who's Actually Freezing Cold"

A powerful opponent based on a Cryo Abyss Mage. It is able to launch icy cones at ground and aerial targets, as well as fire off vertical pillars of ice. Be sure to avoid them.
When the opponent is chanting in preparation to cast their spell, you can destroy the iceball to break their Ward. In "Utmost Might" difficulty, only Piercing Strikes can destroy iceballs.

An incredibly aggressive opponent based on the Stonehide Lawachurl. Will increase its interruption resistance once its HP drops to a certain amount and begin to fight by throwing Geo Slimes.

Battle Pass Missions
This event added additional "This BP Period" Battle Pass missions to the Soulblaze Battle Pass. The Battle Pass EXP (BP EXP) obtained from these missions do not count towards the weekly experience limit of 10,000 BP EXP.
