Gameplay Notes

• The cooldown starts immediately after the first input.
• When Slashing DMG or Thunderclap Slash DMG hits at least one enemy, it generates 2.5 Elemental Particles.
• The Stiletto's duration is 5 seconds.

Passive Effects

• Passive Talent 1, Thundering Penance: "After recasting Stellar Restoration while a Lightning Stiletto is present, Keqing's weapon gains an Electro Infusion for 5s."

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 1, Thundering Might: "Recasting Stellar Restoration while a Lightning Stiletto is present causes Keqing to deal 50% of her ATK as AoE Electro DMG at the start point and terminus of her Blink."
  • If this skill is recast at point-blank range, both AoE explosions can hit for a total of 100% of ATK DMG.
• Constellation Level 5, Beckoning Stars: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
• Constellation Level 6, Tenacious Star: "When initiating a Normal Attack, a Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, Keqing gains a 6% Electro DMG Bonus for 8s. Effects triggered by Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, Elemental Skills and Elemental Bursts are considered independent entities."
