An aged iron coin engraved with a stylized raven sigil. Legend says it was forged by Reed Miller, founder of the Treasure Hoarders, and was the very first true "Iron Coin."
In a world without borders, in a paradise where no one suffers from hunger or cold, the gold bestowed and governed by the Deus Auri was never meant to serve as the foundation of human cooperation.
Humans should be masters of money, not its servants. Even if one cannot claim the heart of gold for themselves, all should be able to wield the wealth that inherently belongs to everyone.

But that is a story of a much later time. Whether it was the first iron coin or the ideals sung, interpreted, and twisted over the following centuries,
it all began on a winter night beyond the reach of lamplight, when two children slipped out of the academy, hiding from the adults' eyes, and carved a token for playing the Thief Extraordinaire.
