Who are you?
- Zarechnaya: I'm the Chairperson of the Royal Energy Commission of Snezhnaya... Well, the Acting Chair, anyway. I was temporarily assigned here by the Zapolyarny Palace.
- Zarechnaya: It's said that the previous Chairperson passed away from a sudden illness not long ago. Since the Energy Commission is vital to people's livelihoods across Snezhnaya, the position couldn't be left vacant, so they sent me.
- Zarechnaya: Hopefully, they'll find a permanent Chairperson soon. Then I can report back to the Palace and be on my way.
- What's bothering you?
- Zarechnaya: ...Perhaps it's just my imagination. The former Chairperson passed away, I was parachuted into the position, and all the handover documents seemed perfectly in order.
- Zarechnaya: And yet, I can't help feeling that certain things within the Commission have been very carefully... hidden. A secret second ledger, evidence of embezzlement, that sort of thing.
- Zarechnaya: Haha, but that's probably just me letting my imagination run wild. Even if such things did exist, they wouldn't really concern me. What's important is that the Commission keeps functioning.
