Gacha AstralOp with capabilities focusing on Elemental and Physical support. Her skills are specialized for World Star teams with Domain Resonance attributes and Wheel of Destiny teams with Harmonized Shadow Star attributes.
Bailu Youyun is an unlockable AstralOp in Honkai Impact 3rd.
She is the youngest researcher, the genius who carries forward the wishes of those now gone, and the pioneer who dares to push against the tide.
She is also the head taster of the bubble tea shop's new drinks, the producer and light engineer of the theater in her head, and the star performer beneath sunlit skies.
And more than anything, she is an ordinary girl who loves to be doted on and loves to dream...
A girl who will clasp her friends' hands as they step into the future they've all been dreaming of.

With World Star activated, during Stellar Outburst, whenever any character consumes all their Quantum Mech Energy while Domain Resonance Mark is on the field, when another character triggers Resonance for the first time, Bailu Youyun casts "Well-Prepared Cannon Fire!" 1 time:
● Deals 2,000% ATK of Lightning DMG, triggers Resonance 1 time, and restores 3 points of Astral Ring Intensity. This does not consume the trigger chances of Domain Resonance Mark. The Resonance triggered by Bailu Youyun deals 300% ATK of Physical DMG or 600% ATK of Adaptive Elemental DMG based on the element of Domain Resonance Mark's creator.
● During Stellar Outburst, "Well-Prepared Cannon Fire!" can be cast up to 2 times.

With World Star active:
● If the leader has no moves to cancel the Stellar Outburst state: After the leader consumes all of her Quantum Mech Energy, using Ultimate will cancel the Stellar Outburst state. For each chance left to trigger the leader's Domain Resonance Mark, Astral Ring Intensity is restored by 1 point.
● During Stellar Outburst, after any 2 team members consume all of their Quantum Mech Energy:
○ Restores 50 SP to all team members, refreshes the leader's Ultimate CD and switch CD, and triggers the leader's QTE.
○ If the leader has moves to cancel the Stellar Outburst state: The leader's Ultimate deals 20% more Elemental DMG and 20% more Physical DMG.

With World Star activated, during Stellar Surplus, when the leader triggers Resonance for the first time after leaving Domain Resonance Mark, Bailu Youyun casts "Well-Prepared Cannon Fire!" once. "Well-Prepared Cannon Fire!" can only be cast once during Stellar Surplus.
Bailu Youyun's ATK increases by 300%, Lightning DMG dealt by the character increases by 300%, and Total DMG dealt by the character and Resonance triggered by the character increases by 60%.

In the Astral Ring Charging state, when the character's attack hits, all team members gain Intensity Recovery for 1s, recovering 1 Astral Ring Intensity every 0.5s. Initial Astral Ring Intensity increases by 50. In Part 2's Open World, it triggers once every 10 minutes, and shares a CD with other AstralOps.
With Stellar Surplus activated:
● If World Star is activated, Surplus Intensity's cap increases by 50%.
● If World Star or Wheel of Destiny is activated, initial Astral Ring Intensity increases by 10. After entering Stellar Outburst, Surplus Intensity is converted into Astral Ring Intensity by 50%, capped at 10 points of Astral Ring Intensity.

While World Star is active, the character regains 5 Astral Ring Intensity by unleashing Resonance Attack; This can be triggered up to 1/6 times per Stellar Surplus/Stellar Outburst.
While Wheel of Destiny is active, the character regains 10 Astral Ring Intensity by summoning a Phantom to attack; This can be triggered up to 1/2 times per Stellar Surplus/Stellar Outburst.

[Team-triggered] With World Star activated, for every team member with the Domain Resonance trait, initial Astral Ring Intensity increases by 10 points.
With Wheel of Destiny activated, for every team member with the Harmonized Shadow Star trait, initial Astral Ring Intensity increases by 5 points.

● If Stellar Surplus is activated, after entering Stellar Outburst, the conversion limit of Surplus Intensity increases to 15 points.
● During Stellar Outburst, if any 2 characters consume all of their Quantum Mech Energy, the Intensity Recovery state is granted for 3s after this Stellar Outburst ends.

During Astral Ring Charging: All team members deal 15% more Total DMG, 12% more Elemental DMG, and 8% more Physical DMG.
With World Star or Wheel of Destiny activated:
● During Stellar Outburst, enemies take 20% more Elemental DMG, 10% more Physical DMG, and 8% more Lightning DMG from all team members.
● During Astral Ring Charging, when Astral Ring Intensity hits the cap, the current Stellar Outburst's CD is reduced by 2.5s. This effect only applies once per Astral Ring Charging.

During Stellar Surplus:
● While Wheel of Destiny is active, if a Phantom has attacked, during the next Stellar Outburst: enemies take 6% more Total DMG.
● While World Star is active, if Domain Resonance Mark is triggered at least 3 times, during the next Stellar Outburst: enemies take 6% more Total DMG.
With World Star activated: Crit Rate of all team members increases by 30%, and every 1% of excess Crit Rate increases Crit DMG by 1%, up to 15%.
All team members take 15% less Total DMG. Entering Stellar Surplus or Stellar Outburst restores 1,000 HP to all team members.
