[SP: 0][CD: 0s] The weapon active's CD, max charges, and effects are based on wielder type. Casting weapon active summons 4 Lightning Butterflies that last 10s to the caster. When the caster deals Lightning DMG or the butterflies expire, the butterflies fly to enemies, each dealing 168.2% (280% at 5★) Lightning DMG. The caster deals 7.2% (12% at 5★) bonus Lightning DMG against enemies damaged by the butterflies within 30s. CD: 10s.
Casting the weapon active increases Lightning DMG by 12% (20% at 5★) for 30s (triggering it again refreshes the duration). Disciplinary Perdition equip bonus: Thunderstorms that continue striking in Predictor's Sentence deal 20% (30% at 5★) ATK of bonus Lightning DMG.
Not all can accept the binding of Discipline without qualms, and more than a few have attempted to escape punishment. Only... no matter how they struggle, their fate will not change in the slightest. The strings that entangle them will never let them loose.
