CD: 4s. Triggering it again resets the duration. The crystal deals 86.1% (150% at 5★) ATK of Ice DMG every 2 seconds to enemies within 10 meters. When the crystal is created, team Ice DMG increases by 7.2% (12% at 5★) for 10s. Triggering it again resets the duration.
Wielder deals 12% (20% at 5★) bonus Total DMG. Team deals 5.6% (8% at 5★) bonus Total DMG (cannot stack).
