When equipped by Herrscher of Rebirth:
● DMG, CD, SP cost, and other stats are determined by the character.
● Obtains Astral Ring Specialization: World Star. In Stellar Outburst, the character's Finisher is replaced with Cradle Against the Sea's Murmurs.
○ When Herrscher of Rebirth is the leader, Cradle Against the Sea's Murmurs deals 500% ATK of Physical DMG. For each attempt to trigger Resonance consumed by Branches Upon Tides, Cradle Against the Sea's Murmurs deals an additional 100% ATK of Physical DMG.
○ When Herrscher of Rebirth is not the leader, Cradle Against the Sea's Murmurs deals 1,500% ATK of Physical DMG.
● When World Star is activated, the character gains Quantum Mech Energy and Time-frozen Domain takes effect for 1.5s after performing Joint Combo.
● When World Star and Grail of Infinitude are inactive, the character will remain in Life Binder form.

The characters deals 15% more Crit DMG. When equipped by Herrscher of Rebirth, all team members deal 14.4% (24% at 5★) more Elemental DMG.
Enemies with Fissure of Withering take 24% (40% at 5★) more Total DMG from Resonance.

Enemies take 10%/20%/30% more Total DMG from Resonance and characters on the field.
When equipped by Herrscher of Rebirth and she is the leader:
● Cradle Against the Sea's Murmurs deals 50%/100%/150% more Crit DMG.
● Performing Cradle Against the Sea's Murmurs restores 6 Astral Ring Intensity. For each remaining Resonance trigger attempt belonging to Branches Upon Tides, 1/1.5/2 additional Astral Ring Intensity is restored. When bonus Astral Ring Intensity is restored, remaining Stellar Outburst CD is reduced by 3s.
