- Arcadian's overworld voice line "My friend, you're the true hero!" is a reference to the catchphrase of Homelander from the comic and TV series The Boys.
- "Treasure your reputation, 'cause that's the only thing that'll protect you." is a reference to Homelander's quote "Your fame is the only thing protecting you." from Season 3 Episode 7 of the TV series.
