The Armillary Sphere is located inside the Supreme Guardian's Office at Qlipoth Fort. It can be interacted with after speaking with Bronya during Trailblaze Mission No Time for Me, My Friend in the chapter In the Sweltering Morning Sun.

(Standard dialogue): Armillary Sphere; A giant armillary sphere.; After seeing this armillary sphere, you realize that you are actually on a planet right now.; Considering that the inhabitants of Jarilo VI [sic] have been trapped in this city for centuries, you can understand why this armillary sphere is so highly regarded.

In front of you is a spherical device that is almost as tall as a person. The amount of dust on it suggests it has not been used for a while.

"Don't Belobogians care about geography?" This question crosses your mind. However, given what this planet has been through, it's not all that surprising that people here have little to no interest in geography.

To Belobogians, this armillary sphere is but an antique plaything. It has no real practical use, especially when compared with a map of the Administrative District that explicitly depicts the locations of all shops.

Northwest... Wait a minute, this is...; You set eyes upon a land surrounded by mountain ranges. It might just be a typical marshland, or perhaps some peculiar landscape exclusive to Jarilo-VI... But that makes little to no difference to you either way.; Perhaps the only meaningful aspect is how that piece of land on the armillary sphere is shaped exactly like Conductor Pom-Pom.; You can't help but think it might be a commemorative stamp left by Akivili the Trailblaze when he last paid a visit to this planet...; What a fascinating discovery. Look, there are jewels of wonder even in a seemingly dull discipline like geography.
