Gameplay Notes
- This ability's DMG is dealt in 3 hits. The DMG distribution across hits is 15% + 35% + 50%.
- Gepard's first Eidolon, Due Diligence, increases the base chance by 35%, stacking with any Effect Hit Rate bonuses he may have. Without it, this Skill will always inflict Freeze on enemies if they do not have natural Effect RES, Freeze RES or Control Effects RES.
- Gepard's second Eidolon, Lingering Cold, decreases the speed of enemies unfrozen by 20% for 1 turn.
