- Halms: Just a little lullaby. Hope I didn't disturb you.
- What's got you so happy?
- Halms: It's not that I'm happy. I'm just practicing.
- Halms: As you know, some of the guests in this hotel chose to come here of their own volition, seeking refuge from the noise and chaos of the world. Others, however, are here simply because their Wishpower is running low and they're about to fade away.
- Halms: And among the latter, some have their consciousness slipping away. Their minds are no different from little kids.
- Halms: As hotel staff, it's our duty to give them our full attention and care, and do our best to meet their needs.
- Halms: The lullaby I'm practicing right now is to help an elderly orch who's suffering from frayed nerves and can't get a wink of sleep.
- Can I make a request, then?
- Halms: Only if you're also struggling with insomnia. But if you're simply looking to listen to music, a jukebox might be a better choice than me.
- Do you offer any other services?
- Halms: Of course, storytelling, performing magic tricks, playing cards, chess, handicrafts... To provide guests with the finest companionship, the hotel staff are quite the multi-talented bunch.
- Halms: Oh, and pardon me if this seems a bit forward, but I should remind you, some of our guests are extremely fragile. So please be mindful not to disturb them during your stay.
