Hinkel is an NPC aboard the Herta Space Station. She can be found in the Master Control Zone, on the east side of the Watcher Zone.

Hinkel is the head of Herta Space Station's Department of Ecology and is in charge of post-disaster recovery work on the Space Station following the Antimatter Legion's attack.
