The Shackling Prison of the Xianzhou Luofu is built beneath the ancient sea and serves as a prison for high-profile criminals. It has a continuously descending pillar-like structure divided into different sections, such as the Grimfrost Hold and the Pyroscape Hold, each designed to detain and punish different types of offenders.

Prison Transportation - "Shifting Screen"

"Shifting Screens" are short-distance transmission devices created by the Artisanship Commission that can teleport living beings between two spatial coordinates.
