Sparkle Character Adjustment Details

• Increases the amount of Skill Points recovered by the Ultimate and allows them to be temporarily stored when overflowing
  • When using an Ultimate, any Skill Points overflowing from regeneration will be stored. If Skill Points are below the limit after an ally's turn ends, stored Skill Points will be consumed to restore them.

• When the Skill's target consumes Skill Points, Sparkle regenerates Energy and increases DMG taken by all enemies
  • When characters with the Skill buff consume Skill Points, they restore Energy for Sparkle. When ally targets consume Skill Points, Sparkle gains a stackable buff, increasing the DMG taken by all enemies.

• Further increases buffs to all allies
  • After enhancement, the ATK boost Sparkle provides to the team no longer depends on the number of Quantum characters in the team. She also grants the target enhanced by her Skill with All-Type RES PEN.

• Skill Duration increased
  • After the enhancement, the duration of the buff provided by the Skill increases from 1 turn to 2 turns.

Black Swan Character Adjustment Details

• "Arcana" can calculate stacks exceeding the limit, and retains half the number of stacks upon reset
  • When "Arcana" is reset, more stacks will now be retained. Additionally, "Arcana" can continue stacking beyond the limit before it is calculated.

• "Arcana" stacks can be accumulated faster
  • When enemy targets take DoT during their turn or outside of it, there is a chance to apply "Arcana" stacks. Not only that, but when enemy targets are attacked by Black Swan, there is a chance to directly apply 5 stacks of "Arcana".

• Increases DMG dealt by all allies
  • The effect where Effect Hit Rate increases this unit's DMG now applies to all allies.

• Easier to maintain the DEF Reduction effect on enemy targets
  • After being enhanced, when enemy targets enter combat, or after Black Swan uses her Basic ATK or Ultimate, the enemies will also suffer a DEF reduction effect equal to that of her Skill.
