Edmund

Edmund is a commission-exclusive NPC. He is the current representative or CEO of Rusty Cliff and one of the "Three Pacts" at the TOPS round-table.^[1]

Profile

In a recent meeting with the "Three Pacts", he proposed to make Void Hunters that only answer to TOPS, which was rejected by a mysterious AI assistant. He was the one that "fixed" the mess caused by the fight between Dina and Mockingbird for the Sacrifice Core.^[1]
