TOPS, also known as the TOPS Alliance, shortened from "The Outstanding Paragons Alliance", is a faction in Zenless Zone Zero. TOPS is a consortium of some of the biggest businesses within New Eridu.

Description

The TOPS Alliance, short for The Outstanding Paragons Alliance, consists of New Eridu's most financially powerful and influential corporate conglomerates. TOPS wields significant influence across all sectors of urban operations, to the extent they're considered equal rivals to the municipal authorities represented by the Mayflower family.
Despite their long-standing poor reputation among citizens, TOPS remains synonymous with "quality assurance," attracting numerous corporations vying for a coveted spot in their ranks.
TOPS regularly conducts performance evaluations of its members, and once a company's strength declines, even well-established corporations with long histories aren't spared from being shown the door.

TOPS is governed by a round-table consisting of an unknown "Head", who is said to be asleep at the moment, the "Three Pacts" of High Ambitions Corp., Rusty Cliff Corp., and a 3rd unknown corporation, and then the Krampus Compliance Authority.^[1]
