Finn is an event-exclusive NPC who first appeared during the Adventure Footage Freeze Frame event.
Profile
Finn is an office worker and the owner of Winger. He originally dreamed of joining the HIA, but his ether aptitude was so low he couldn't even get a job as a clerk.
History
Due to being unable to achieve his dream, Finn asked Winger to go in to a Hollow to capture footage of it for him, so he might live unattainable dream vicariously through the Bangboo. However, Finn lacked the money to get Winger mods that would let it better handle being in Hollows, and so despite gathering footage, it quickly became overwhelmed by corruption.
Finn rushed it to Turbo Remodeling Shop and Random Play to get it fixed, the process of which took Enzo and Phaethon several days, but it was completely fixed by the end of it. Understanding now that they had to be more careful about pursuing his's dream, Finn resolved to make sure Winger was better equipped and prepared the next time he tried to go in to a Hollow, and Winger was emboldened to do its best for its master.
