Leisha Christie, also known as Granny Leisha, is a commission-exclusive NPC who appears in Alexandrina Sebastiane's Agent Story: Until Your Memory Fades.

She is an old lady who suffers from Cognitive Corruption Syndrome, a mental disorder that slowly destroys and resets her memory.

History

When she was young, she always dreamed of becoming an actress. However, she ended up landing a job at the White Waves Hospital instead, taking care of newborns as a nurse. Despite that, she absolutely loved her job and took great care of the babies. 41 years from the game's story, she decided to sign up for the Miss Metropolitan pageant. She rose as a dark horse through the competition, making it all the way to the finals. On the same day as the finals though, a Hollow engulfed the hospital she worked at. She immediately abandoned the pageant upon discovering the news, rushing down the red carpet and running straight into the Hollow. She eventually made it to the hospital, searching through the rubble and saving as many babies as she could. In her panic, she couldn't remember the names of the babies and just relied on their characteristics and the nickname she gave them, sweetcakes. Her extended stay in the Hollow has, however, caused her to develop Cognitive Corruption Syndrome in her later years.

Now an old woman, her memory has degraded to the point where all she does is look for "sweetcakes." She acidentally stumbles her way into making Rina help her look for her babies, starting the events of Until Your Memory Fades (I). Her memory regresses even further throughout the quest, to the point she's stuck in that moment where the Hollow swallowed the old hospital. Rushing into the hospital to save her "sweetcakes", she ends up needing to be saved by Phaethon and Rina. By the end of the quest, her memory has regressed to the point where she doesn't even remember her babies. She now lives in a nursing home, occasionally being visited by the now grown up babies that she saved.
