Penetration Intercept Master

Penetration Intercept Master is an Achievement in the group Hostile Targets. To complete this achievement, the player has to do the following, in order: either Dodge, or Perfect Assist, the Discordant Solo - Vesper's Control Skill, and counter with a Perfect Assist the following four attacks the enemy launches under Vital View (without flash warnings), triggering the Shutdown effect.
