Prophetboo

Prophetboo is a commission-exclusive NPC who first appeared during Season 3 chapter 2, The Long Goodbye.

Profile

Prophetboo is the founder and main recruiter of the En-Nah Gang, being able to confirm whether Bangboo have seen the "Revelation" or not. Prophetboo is highly respected in the Gang, with the members taking great offense to any perceived insult being directed at him. Being from the founding era, he saw Remielle Dan, and still refers to her as "The Great One", putting great trust in to her.

It is rumored that Prophetboo was the prototype for the Central Computing Hub, with the two being incredibly similar in appearance, though the truth of the matter is currently unknown. he has the capacity to connect to the Rosetta Data even now, using this connection to help Remielle and Phaethon in their investigation.

History

Prophetboo is over a century old, and as such was alive when "Sunbringer" and the original Void Hunters were still active in the world. At some point in time, Prophetboo had a "revelation" about Sunbringer, beholding her trapped in endless darkness. He would go on to become the first member of the En-Nah Gang, and is the Bangboo who accepts newcomers to the gang.

When Remielle Dan arrived in Roscaelifer, Prophetboo recognized her from the distant past, and so the En-Nah Gang provided her with a place to stay in their base. When Phaethon then arrived with the help of Eous, Griff and the other Bangboo eventually realised that Eous wasn't being sincere, but Prophetboo, noting they weren't a bad Bangboo, instead directed them to Remielle, who then vouched for them for the En-Nah Gang.^[1] Following this, Prophetboo directed the gang to aid Remielle and Phaethon in their endeavors, and eventually worked with them, using his connection to the Rosetta Data to mask the pair's data request, so they could infiltrate the Scamall Hollow without being noticed by the CCD.

• Prophetboo has a notable resemblence to Totoro, the titular character from the Studio Ghibli production My Neighbor Totoro.
