"Sea Wizard"

"Sea Wizard" is an event-exclusive NPC who first appeared in Legend of the Marvelous Fish Stall event.
Profile
"Sea Wizard" is a Sharkboo who reveres the Sea God. It speaks the universal language, and proclaims itself to be the most trusted minister of the Sea God, among other titles. It too believes that it has lost a great portion of its power in the same way "Scion of the Sea God" has, and the two are close companions.
History
"Sea Wizard" was fished up by A-Qiang, who intended to sell it, and was ultimately recovered by Phaethon. Afterwards however it returned to A-Qiang, as he promised the Bangboo that he would give it 200 Dennies so it could "open its divine channel".
Some time later, after "Scion of the Sea God" was finished with finding people to throw wish bottles in to the sea and recieve the Sea God's blessing, "Sea Wizard" reunited with it, professing that they would have to wait to recover their divine power. It then thanks Phaethon for the help and left.
