A-Qiang is an Event-Exclusive NPC. He appears during the Legend of the Marvelous Fish Stall Event.
Profile
A-Qiang is a fisherman who sells primarily out of Sailume Bay, though he makes ventures to Fantasy Resort as well. Like many fishermen he works with Port Elpis to distribute his stock, with one company among those who buy from him being Simmer Hot Pot Restaurant.
History
A-Qiang first appeared at Fantasy Resort, having caught "Sea Wizard" with the intent to sell him. Phaethon ultimately rescued him, but the Bangboo ended up back with him shortly thereafter, as A-Qiang promised to give him the 200 Dennies he needed to "open his divine channel" to communicate with the Sea God.
A-Qiang later appeared while Blaze was preparing for her confrontation with Stephen, asking about where her fish delivery had went. He directed her to his contacts in Port Elpis, where some thugs had been restricted the flow of goods.
