Shiyu Defense (Commission) is a Hearsay Commission at Video Store. Completing this commission unlocks Shiyu Defense.

- What is a Shiyu?
- Roland: Can you see that tall pillar-shaped tower over there? That's a Shiyu. It's an observation point in Hollow Zero as well as a crucial building used to store and :transmit Ether Energy Modules.
- Roland: This isn't unique to Hollow Zero. Under New Eridu, there are also small Shiyu towers that are used to transmit Ether resources, as well as a network of transmission pipes that are as sophisticated as blood vessels.
- Roland: The Ether pipeline network is ultimately all connected here. In other words, the Shiyu tower here is equivalent to a huge Ether Energy Module battery.
- What do I need to do?
- Roland: Shiyu Defense is carried out regularly to eliminate threats and protect the Ether Energy Module supply for all of New Eridu.
