- Billy: And that motorbike, it's super fast — as fast as those drag racers over in the Outer Ring!
- Billy: The local street racers all call it the "Sixth Street Motor Legend."
- Billy: Tch, that name's almost as cool [sic] Starlight Knight.

- Billy: Don't say that Manager! This motor legend's name is cool, but it's nowhere near as cool as the protectors of justice: the Starlight Knights!

- Billy: Because he's stealing the Starlight Knights' limelight of course! ...Just kidding.
- Billy: I used to ride a motorbike a while back when I was living and working out in the Outer Ring...
- Billy: I don't anymore, but I'm still darn curious about such a legendary rider!

- As Billy goes on about "Oh~ Sweetie," a red motorcycle speeds by, its dazzling taillight nearly blinding you.
- Billy: Ahhh, it's him! The Sixth Street Motor Legend! ... Did you see that, Manager?
- Billy: Dang, the driver was so dressed up I couldn't recognize him...
- Billy: But at least it confirms the rumors to be true...
- Billy: Manager, I wanna go find out more info, so I'll catch you later!
