Albert is the leader of the Barbara Fan Club in Mondstadt. He is obsessed with Barbara because of her idol status, and he can be found standing outside of the Favonius Cathedral during the day, where he is often chased away by the other sisters.
Appearance
Albert has light skin, short blonde hair and purple eyes. He wears a light green shirt with darker green pants accompanied by a pair of brown boots.
