Atoko appears during in Archon Quest in chapter V interlude All Fires Fuel the Flame, during this mission, he suffers from a mental breakdown because in his head it seems that he is still in the past, and in this past is his best friend Qucusaurus named Duarte he got lost somewhere and died in a battle with the Abyss 4 years ago and the Traveler along with Paimon and Iansan help him cure his mental illness, later, with the help of fire, he comes to his senses and is told what happened to him and what the problem was with Qucusaurus
