Start the quest by talking to Belsky 3 times in the Huntsman's Cabin and wait one in-game day.

Quest Description

You hear a joyful voice coming from outside the shelter on the snowy plains...

(Talk to Alyosha): Media:.ogg Alyosha: That's the tenth lap already...; What's going on?; Media:.ogg Alyosha: It's nothing. Belsky's just doing some sledding.; Media:.ogg Alyosha: He's always wanted to try dog sledding...
