Hertha is a Coordinator of the Knights of Favonius, and the Reputation Advisor for Mondstadt. She is located in the Market District area of the City of Mondstadt.
She gives the World Quest Knight of the Realm, which unlocks Mondstadt's Reputation menu. She can be found under the 
icon on the map.

Hertha, overseer of goods and supplies for the Knights of Favonius. If anyone understands the city of wind and the concerns of its people, it's her. Increase your reputation in Mondstadt and gain the trust of its people, and she might even be willing to provide you some unique goods.

Hertha is the Captain of the Knights of Favonius' 6th Company — which is in charge of logistics — and takes on the role of Coordinator. Her work includes the charter and administration of baggage train, resource management and record-keeping. At some point in her service, she and several other knights, such as Miles and Eula, took part in a battle which resulted in her getting a large scar on her left forearm.
Half a year prior to the events of Paralogism, Hertha volunteered for an operation which resulted in her being listed as missing in action. In reality, her disappearance was planned by fellow captain Albedo, who noticed unusual fluctuations of energy from Durin. Durin's remains, which had absorbed the knowledge from Subject Two, created a replacement Hertha and had her serve as a "core" for others that were either influenced by Durin's energies or outright replaced by monsters masquerading as them. The imposter slowly gained the trust of the other Knights, completely unaware of Albedo's plan to lower its guard and expose it. When the Traveler returned to celebrate the Windblume Festival, the imposter served as a prosecutor in Albedo's trial, only to fall into his trap as the real Hertha arrived during the retrial.[2]
Appearance
Hertha is a pale woman with hazel eyes, and long light brown hair.
She wears one of the standard uniforms of the Knights of Favonius. The uniform consists of a black long-sleeved shirt, white plate armor, tight-fitting pants under a gray skirt, and greaves. The Knights of Favonius crest decorates the breastplate. Additionally, a sheathed sword hangs from her belt on her right side.
In Crimes One and Two, it is revealed that she has a scar on her left arm.[2]

- Hertha: ...But Mondstadt's state is as you have seen. With the Grand Master having brought much of our manpower with him, we have since been in a constant state of short-handedness.
- Hertha: At the same time, our inventory is running a surplus to match... So I'm more than willing to exchange some of it for a little hand here and there.
- Hertha: I'm taking all comers who have experience in solving problems. With any luck, we'll take some of the burden off our Acting Grand Master's shoulders.

- Hertha: However, Elzer invited me to collaborate and he helped us solve a lot of our financial problems.
- Hertha: Although he didn't say it explicitly... But my guess is that this grant came at the behest of a once senior Knight of Favonius.
