House of the Soulless is a sub-quest of the World Quest Procrustes' Iron Bed in Series Hesperides of Love and Hate.

- Get the next Temporary Blueprint and place the statues the following way:

After completing the first puzzle during step 5, the player can find one of the paintings needed for the Hidden Exploration Objective Paintings of Hesperides.

Quest Description

To recover all of the Eye of Graeae's power, you and Paimon will have to collect the various fragments scattered all over...

(Enter the room): Eye of Graeae: It should be somewhere nearby... That room appears to be off-limits.; Paimon: And it's guarded, too... Let's look for another way in first.

(Talk to the Snegovik Guard or try to enter the room): Snegovik Guard: Uh, who are you...? But whoever you are, this place is off-limits to ordinary visitors. Please do not linger here either.

(Search for another way in)
(Interact with the Ad-Hoc Notice, optional): Ad-Hoc Notice: (An ad-hoc noticeboard. It reads as follows...); Ad-Hoc Notice: "The elevator is undergoing emergency repairs. Please try again after repairs have been completed..."

(Approach the ledge above the balcony): Paimon: Huh... Judging by the direction, this balcony must connect to the same room that Snegovik was guarding just now...; Paimon: Paimon wonders if we can get in from here...

(Enter the room): Eye of Graeae: That's strange. While I can sense the fragment is more or less around here...; Paimon: Can't find it? Let's have a look around first then...

(Investigate the bed): Bed: A bed. This one seems a tad too small for the princess of the Snegurochka who's as tall as a cypress...); Bed: (It seems apparent that this bed belongs to... Ikhor?)

(Investigate the bookshelf): Bookcase: (There is a thin layer of dust here... Looks like it hasn't been used much...)

(After investigating all three points): Cats: Meow...; Paimon: Whoa! W-Where did that cat come from!? It scared the life out of Paimon!; Paimon: What is it doing? Is there something wrong with that flower vase...?

(Investigate the vase): Carefully Examine; Vase: (Looking more closely, there are signs of scraping on the floor around the vase...); Vase: (You also spot what looks like cat scratches on the bottom of the vase. Could this be...); (Turns the vase.); Paimon: Hey, look! The door's open! Now we can go farther in!

(Enter the next room): Paimon: Could the fragment be in there...? No, doesn't look like it. All Paimon can see are strange paintings and Prime Ice sculptures!

(Condition missing): Paimon: Hmm... The shadow, the empty space in the painting, and the Snegurochka statue... Maybe they're supposed to fit together?

(After covering the five puppet spaces in the paintings using the sculptures): Paimon: Hmm... Does the shadow have something to do with the thing that the Snegurochka statue's holding? Might there be another statue somewhere that's holding something else...?
(The cat jumps against a painting rotating it slightly)
(A hidden door in the wall opens): Paimon: Oh, what's with that cat now??? Hey! It's the painting! The painting's the mechanism this time!

(Enter the hidden space): Eye of Graeae: The third statue is here. The strange thing is, before we opened this door, I was unable to sense the space here.; Eye of Graeae: Might that have something to do with the ceremony...?

(After solving the puzzle)
(The ground opens up revealing a staircase leading downwards): Paimon: Wow, look — a hidden cellar...; Eye of Graeae: The seal on the room has been removed. The fragment is right inside the cellar!

(Go down to the cellar)

(Interact with the fragment)
