Etymology
- Ipacura Ayar's name is a reference to the Inca creation myth of Paqariq Tampu. In Inca mythology, Ipacura is the name of one of the eight original Incas, Mama Ipacura, who came out of a cave called Paqariq Tampu with the other Mama sisters, Mama Ocllo, Mama Huaco, and Mama Raua, and the four Ayar brothers, Manco Cápac (also known as Ayar Manco), Ayar Auca, Ayar Cachi, and Ayar Uchu.
