Izzard is a quest-exclusive NPC that appears in Kaeya's Gain in Kaeya's Story Quest, Pavo Ocellus Chapter: Act I - Secret Pirate Treasure.
Profile
Izzard is a leader of a group of Treasure Hoarders who attempts to steal the treasure he overheard Kaeya talk about. He threatens the Traveler to step aside or he would send his crew on them. When Kaeya reveals that the treasure was only a ploy, Izzard is impressed but tries to run away, setting off a Ruin Guard after him. He is ultimately captured when the Traveler and Kaeya destroy the Ruin Guard.
Appearance
Izzard is an adult man with brown hair. He wears a standard Treasure Hoarder uniform of a white shirt and green pants with multiple belts around his body. His face is half covered by a green mask.
