Leuca is an open-world NPC located at the most north-eastern point of Elynas, Beryl Region, Fontaine. She can be found talking to Mela.

Mela: That sounds great! But if it were me, I'd pick blue to go with the clothes.

Mela: But it's your scarf, of course, so you can decide for yourself, Leuca.

Leuca is likely named after the Greek nymph Leuce.
