Mela is an open-world NPC located at the most north-eastern point of Elynas, Beryl Region, Fontaine. She can be found talking to Leuca.

Mela is a blue Melusine with purple hair and yellow and white eyes. She wears a teal, white, and blue dress and a black hat.
