I heard some time ago that our esteemed Honorary Knight planned to travel across all seven nations. By now, you must be getting close to Snezhnaya, am I right? All the Mondstadters who've been to Snezhnaya say the cold there is quite different from what we experience at Dragonspine... So please, make sure you're well prepared for that. In prolonged dry cold, the properties of metal components can change, and your equipment may give out before you do. Fortunately, there's a way around that: applying a thin, even coat of Flaming Essential Oil can help mitigate the effects of extreme cold on swords and other weapons, and thus prevent them from becoming brittle. Doing this with leather goods can also keep the leather supple so that they won't snap the moment you pull on them. I hope this little tip comes in handy, especially since the gear you're using must be quite valuable, and will so need extra care and attention... Also, the Grand Master mentioned that we have plans to send a few knights on a study visit to Snezhnaya soon, and I'm on the list. Who knows, maybe we'll see each other again in Snezhnaya? | |
