Medyntsev claims to be a potential heir to a "massive family enterprise," although his current position is unclear, given that he is also described as "having spent years surviving on the streets." At some point, he went to Mondstadt and picked up a habit of playing Genius Invokation TCG at The Cat's Tail; his trip also inspired him to create a fortune by importing Mondstadt wine.[2]
