Snezhnograd (Russian: Снежноград Snezhnograd, "Snow City") is a subarea and a main city located in Everfrozen Earth, Snezhnaya.

It is the capital city of Snezhnaya.

Lore

As the capital city of Snezhnaya,^[1] Snezhnograd houses the headquarters for most of Snezhnaya's governmental organizations, notably including: Zapolyarny Palace, Glupov, the Snezhnograd Veche State Hall, the Druzhna HQ,^[2] among others.^[3]

The second and current Mayor of Snezhnograd is Pulcinella.^[2]

Flins describes the city as beautiful, with a brilliant night sky and never-ending blizzards, but also remarks that it has recently become quite industrialized.^[4] It houses the artificial heat source called "Kresnik's Torch,"^[5] as well as some type of research organization.^[6]

There are a fair number of Snowland Fae living in the city, but not as many as in some other places, such as Novokitezhgrad.^[7]

• Snezhnograd is the only main city to lack a Crafting Bench, as alchemy is outlawed in Snezhnaya.^[8]
• Snezhnograd and the Court of Fontaine are the only main cities to contain a Statue of The Seven.

Etymology

• Snezhnograd (Russian: Снежноград) is a toponym that can be decomposed into two parts:
  • Снежно- Snezhno- is the compound form of снег sneg, "snow."
  • The suffix -град -grad means "city" or "town."
