Olsson was the leader of the Nightmare Orioles, a Lightkeeper investigation squad. His subordinates included Illuga, Ivar, and Bjorn, who called him "Captain Olsson."[1]
Three years ago, this squad was the first to respond to an unprecedented surge in Wild Hunt activity coming from Kipumaki Cliff. During this incident the team got overwhelmed by Abyssal enemies and Olsson ordered Illuga to save himself and a heavily injured Ivar. Olsson stayed behind and died fighting to cover their retreat.[1]
His grave lies on the cemetery south of Cliffwatch Camp.
Appearance
Olsson was a pale man with a medium build and medium long grey hair. He wears one of the uniforms of the Lightkeepers. It consists of a black long coat, black trousers, gray knee-high boots and a black glove on the right hand, while the left hand is bandaged. The uniform is adorned with silver ornaments and features accents of dark purple fabric. He carries his Oath Lantern on a belt to his right side and wears a special brooch on his left lapel, indicating his rank as a Squad Leader.
