Pashkov (Russian: Пашков Pashkov) is an open-world NPC located in Svetloledovka, Everfrozen Earth, Snezhnaya. He can be found talkting to Vorontsov.

Pashkov was a member of the Korolevskiy Troupe until he became the new safety officer in Svetloledovka.[1] Originally from Morepesok, he knows Veselov from there, and the two drink together at the tavern regularly.[2] As safety officer, he ensures that every Prime Ice miner passes the Safety Code exam before being allowed onto the worksite.[1][3]
Among the townspeople, he has a reputation for stubbornness and for following the rules to the letter.[1]
Appearance
Pashkov is a young man with pale skin, green eyes, and medium-length light-brown hair that is parted at the center. He wears a green belted coat lined with white fur at the collar and hem, with a red scarf tied around his neck. His legs are covered by grey trousers with buckled thigh straps and patterned knee-high boot covers in green and blue, worn with dark shoes and gloves on both hands.
